Amanda Lingold Spencer
Amanda is engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis on family law matters. Her practice is focused on assisting clients in divorces, child custody, adoptions, contempt and modification actions. She received her undergraduate degree in 2000 from the University of Southern Mississippi and her law degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2003. She is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Rankin County Bar Association.
Amanda began her career representing a major Mississippi insurance company, assisting in mass tort defense, representing individuals in civil lawsuits and family law matters and many other general areas of the law to assist clients. She went on to spend a little over 7 years serving Rankin County as the Youth Court prosecutor, where she worked to protect abused and neglected children and to prosecute those under 18 years of age charged with crimes in Rankin County. In January 2012, she returned to Florence and the general practice of law where she can use her experiences to assist clients in resolving the issues they are facing. Amanda also serves as a Guardian ad litem in the Chancery Court of Rankin County, where she is appointed to assist the court with the investigation of cases involving child custody.
Amanda resides in Florence with her husband and son. They attend the First Baptist Church of Florence, where she serves as a Trustee. She enjoys volunteering and helping in the community when a need arises. She has previously volunteered with the youth soccer program in Florence where she served as a coach for 6 years.

Robert F. Lingold, Jr.
Robert F. Lingold, Jr. is engaged in the general practice of law with an emphasis on personal injury and criminal defense. His practice is focused on assisting clients in matters where they have been injured as a result of the negligent actions of others and on defending individuals who find themselves accused of a crime. He received a B.S. in History from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1996. His legal education was completed with a Juris Doctorate from Mississippi College School of Law in 1999. Early in his legal career Robert represented insurance companies defending and/or resolving claims against insureds. Robert also previously served as Assistant County Attorney for Rankin County, Mississippi and as the Rankin County Youth Court Prosecutor. Roberts’s experience in representing insurance companies and their insured’s provides him a unique and valuable perspective in representing those injured against insurance companies and their insureds. Likewise Robert’s time previously as a prosecutor is invaluable in his efforts to defend clients accused of a crime. Robert is admitted to practice in all courts in Mississippi, and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Rankin County Bar Association.
Robert resides in Florence, Mississippi with his wife and three children. Robert is very active in the Rankin County Community having previously served as an Alderman for the City of Florence, Mississippi and having spent years helping coach youth sports in Florence and serving as a Board Member on various sports and recreation boards. Robert and his family attend First Baptist Church of Florence where he is an ordained deacon.

Hadley E. Gable
Hadley received her B.A. in Political Science from Mississippi State University where she also played soccer. She graduated from Mississippi College School of Law in 2014 and is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association and the Rankin County Bar Association. While attending Mississippi College School of Law, she participated in various clinics including Youth Court Clinic, Adoption Clinic and Mission First Legal Aid Clinc. She has represented adolescent clients in various criminal and DHS matters, as well as, represented families in finalizing adoption proceedings.
Hadley resides in Brandon with her boyfriend and their yellow lab. She also coaches soccer for Brandon Futbol Club.
